Silva Relaxation Sound

The Silva Relaxation Sound is used for deep physical and mental relaxation. It was an innovative creation of Jose Silva back in the late ‘60s, early ‘70s. Jose discovered that this particular sound was ideal for physical and mental relaxation and helped slow down the frequencies of the brain into alpha and theta. It consists of a combined mechanical and an electrical sound and is the result of experiments he conducted with hundreds of people listening to various combinations and various types of sounds.
