Laura Silva Quesada, daughter of Jose Silva – founder of the original Silva Mind Control Method, she was one of the primary research subjects, which gave her extensive personal experience and insight into the creation, and use of intuitive and life changing techniques.

Growing up in the Silva family gave Laura an opportunity to truly understand the techniques and apply them in her daily life. She grew up believing in the method since she saw that it was not only working for her and her siblings, but also for thousands of people around the world.

When Laura got married and had kids of her own, she taught her daughters how to use the Method and live the Silva lifestyle. She taught them the techniques and they learned how to manage stress, sleep deeply and over all, live a healthy and thriving life.

Laura brought together some of the most experienced experts in the mind development field and continued research that unites the best and most useful concepts behind the original Silva Method programs with the latest findings on the brain, mind, intuition, alternative health care, human potential and spirituality.

She has authored and produced several best-selling home study programs such as Silva Life System and Silva Intuition System. For over 45 years, she has presented Silva programs to people of all ages, worldwide.

Irina Haitin is a Certified Silva Method Instructor, personally trained and certified by Laura Silva Quesada — daughter of Jose Silva, the founder of the Silva Method. With over 15 years of deep connection to the Silva Method and more than a decade of active teaching, Irina brings rare depth, authenticity, and lived experience to everything she teaches.

Irina’s journey with the Silva Method began at one of the most challenging moments of her life — as a single mother starting over from nothing. It was through consistent daily practice of Silva techniques that she transformed every area of her life: attracting a loving partner, restoring her emotional and physical health, and rebuilding her confidence and purpose. For Irina, the Silva Method is not a theory — it is the foundation of her life.

Since 2009, Irina has been one of the most dedicated promoters and instructors of the Silva Method in the Russian-speaking world, building programs, mentoring students, and creating meditations that have helped hundreds of people apply Silva techniques to real challenges in their daily lives. She is certified to teach the full range of Silva programs – Silva Basic Course, Silva Intuition System, Silva Manifesting and Financial Freedom, and Silva Healing Yourself and Others – and is fully qualified to train other Silva instructors and facilitators.

Irina is a modern woman — meditating daily, raising a family, nurturing a happy eight-year marriage that she herself manifested through the Silva Method, and continuously deepening her knowledge alongside Laura Silva Quesada.
