Arna was born in Norway, raised in England, and finally rooted in the Caribbean where for the past 30 years she has enjoyed a very successful business career. With a passion for empowerment of the individual, she has been involved in facilitating speakers, presenting workshops and mentoring individuals in their personal growth (the most successful and ongoing being The Silva Method) in St. Maarten and the surrounding islands for many years. She now divides her time between the Caribbean and Salt Spring Island, BC, Canada.
