A Conversation With Yourself


In this meditation, you are going to create an image that represents your mind. You will then imagine having a conversation with your mind about how to improve the quality of your thoughts and attitudes over things that that make you feel stressed, upset, impatient, intolerant, angry or afraid. A conversation about the kind of feelings or emotions that prevent you from having something you desired, doing something you want to do, or being in a way that makes you feel joyful.


Just download and add to your computer, phone, or mp3 device (or make a CD) for easy listening.
