Katarzyna Ostasz

My name is Katarzyna Ostasz. I hold a master in Sociology and Education. I also graduated from Positive Success Group in Ireland where I earned an Accredited Diploma in Life and Executive Coaching.

Before I become the Certified Silva Method Instructor, my professional background was in Media, Recruitment and Training.

I was certified as a Silva Method Instructor in July 2014. Since then the Silva Method has become my lifestyle. It is difficult to imagine how I could live without it.

My mission is to inspire, enrich and contribute to people’s lives, helping them shine in whatever it is they decide to do. I bring to my work relevant academic and professional experience together with a unique, creative, energetic and holistic approach.

Claire Lombard

Over the past 30 years she has combined studying, motherhood and employment. Although initially the latter was mainly experienced in the teaching/training and interpreting/translation field (community work – court/medical/ Spirasi/ garda / holistic field…), she experienced the challenging corporate world whilst working for AON, until, upon encountering serious physical health problems, she came across the Silva method and a heart based Raja form of meditation practice, SahajMarg , meaning Natural Path, which were both to confirm her “journey” and alter the course of her life in a seemingly radical way: experiencing her past and the learning she derived from it from a holistic perspective. This enabled her to link/integrate the present conventional world into a broader holistic context.
