When I was 16 I vowed to change myself and be the best person that I can be. I wanted to be happier, to have more fulfilling relationships and improve my concentration. This was the start of my journey of continuous personal improvement and applying what I learned in every facet of my life.

Throughout my business career as an executive leading sales or marketing teams in different businesses I practice and test what I learn. When I find something working I use it to help my team overcome their own obstacles so that they can achieve more both in their business and personal lives. I have found that a healthy and happy employee is a better team member and better person.
