With any new practice we start, the logical question is, “How often should I do it to get results.” The same holds true with meditation. We live in a fast and active world with many responsibilities. It’s not always easy to find time for yourself, much less meditation.
In this video Laura Silva Quesada answers the question, “How often should I meditate to help me achieve optimum levels”:
With all certainty, you have the ability to meditate at least twice a day for five minutes per meditation. Do it first thing in the morning when you wake up and at night before you enter sleep.
In the morning when you wake up, imagine your day going well and prepare yourself for all the wonderful things that are coming your way. At night, review your day, make corrections to those things that didn’t go so well, express gratitude for all beautiful moments of your day and then go to sleep. If you have a health challenge it’s best to meditate 3 times a day for 15 minutes each time.
Better and Better,
